IT Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure Fulltime | Ede - Tilburg

Our current IT landscape is diverse and we make use of several local data centers that are hosting different ERP systems (IQMS and various SAP instances). We are in the middle of standardizing and harmonizing IT systems to simplify our footprint. On top of that our factories are investing in automation, pushed by our "data driven manufacturing" initiative. The performance, reliability and security on our IT systems becomes even more important.

The IT organization consists of an Infrastructure and Applications team at various locations. We are also building an ecosystem of specialized IT partners that work together with us in achieving our goals.

As we are executing our Cloud-first strategy, we need to setup our IT infrastructure accordingly. Currently we are about to begin migrating our local servers and applications to an IaaS or SaaS platform. The goal is to be nearly serverless on all our locations within 3 years. The transition to the cloud runs like a thread through our projects and activities. These range from endpoint management to building a global IT team and from AD consolidation to network segmentation.

What does the position of IT Service Delivery Manager Infrastructure entail?

You will be advising and implementing solutions that will improve our infrastructure and increases the synergy between the different applications and systems. Building and maintaining a good relationship with all stakeholders is key. You will develop a service delivery model and coordinate these activities within the IT team.

Who are you?

You are a collaborative team player who is social, has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You are fluent in English and preferable already living in the Netherlands. Currently already working in a European Schengen country and interested in moving to the Netherlands is certainly a possibility. You have completed an AD/BA degree or equal by experience and at least 5 years of experience in the ICT infrastructure arena. You are familiar with the ITIL framework. By previous experiences you have developed affinity with a mixed office and production environment.

The salary is in accordance with the position and experience. Weener Plastics Group BV also has a good package of secondary employment conditions, like 30 holidays, working remote on certain days and a good pension. Your place of employment will preferably be Tilburg but can also be Ede if this fits better with your current place of residence
